About the Permain Basin Chapter.The Permian Basin Chapter meets every Monday during the last half of July and all of August, and every other Monday during September and october at 7:00 pm in the CEED building. On the off Monday's the Sub Chapter meet in their cities. We are part of TASO a state association for sports officials. The Permian Basin Chapter is for anyone wishing to officiate football in West Texas. The leadership of the chapter will help any young trainee reach his potential and become a skilled official. There is plenty of opportunity for a young official to gain his certification and have on the field training before the season starts. During the full chapter meetings the new officials meet at 6:00 pm and under go extensive rules training before the regular meeting starts. This gives the new offical a strong background in the rules and interpretations. Be sure to check the calendar regulary. |

From I-20 Get off on 1788 exit (there is a pilot truck stop there) go north over Hwy 80 past the airport, and on to the 191 exit it is on the east side of the road.
From Midland on Tx Hwy 191 get off on Midland Odessa airport exit and go south (under overpass) and turn into the CEED parking lot. East side of road.
